With the development of the Internet,the combination of the insurance industry and Internet technology has created Internet insurance.Internet insurance and traditional insurance are essentially different.Internet insurance does not simply move offline insurance products to online sales,but the combination of the Internet and insurance.It creates new insurance products that discovered scenarios and unresolved needs through the Internet.In recent years,various of new Internet insurance products have been launched one after another,but the quality of products has been uneven.Some products are based on the Internet gene,in the scope of the insurance principle,actively explore new scenarios,tap the real needs of users,and meet the needs of the user's insurance truly,but some products are peddling and selling Internet services.The banner of the product violates the spirit of insurance and disrupts the Internet insurance market.For an internet insurance product,both "Internet" and "insurance" are indispensable.The author believes that Internet insurance products have inherent advantages in terms of economy and interactivity,they are incomparable with traditional insurance products.However,the challenges faced by them are also very severe.However,under the fierce competition environment,Internet insurance products still have a lot of room for development.It is particularly urgent to develop scenario-based,customized,fragmented insurance products to meet consumers' needs for shifting risks in different scenarios,to foster the autonomy of users to purchase insurance,and to increase users' stickiness.This article begins with the two confusing concepts of internet insurance and internet insurance products.Through analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the products and their development,the paper concludes the existing problems of internet insurance products,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the background and research significance of the topic,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on Internet insurance products,summarizes the research points,and then leads the research content and research methods of this article.At the same time,the innovation points and deficiencies of this articleare explained for the full text content.Chapter II defines the Internet insurance products,further defines and explains the two confusing concepts of Internet insurance and Internet insurance products,and analyzes the characteristics of Internet insurance products and analyzes the advantages of Internet insurance products from the perspectives of insurance companies and users.Disadvantages,deepening understanding of Internet insurance products.The third chapter of the current situation of the development of China's Internet insurance products,analyzes the four models of premium income,business entities,product categories and user groups of Internet insurance products,and then leads to the problems existing in the development of Chapter IV Internet insurance products.The problems are summarized as problems in demand management,irrational product design,imperfect operations,and problems other than the product itself.Through detailed explanations of typical products for each major issue,the current Internet insurance products are demanded,planned,and operated.Problems.Through the above four chapters analysis and then summed up the fifth chapter of the Internet insurance product development recommendations,product development in order to have a good development from the user's needs of the product itself,product planning and operation,and other aspects,to accurately grasp the user needs,Accurately locate user groups based on rational planning of products,improve operating methods and improve service quality and precise operations to achieve a good user experience.
