PCA-DEA Approach For Efficiency Evaluation Of China's Agricultural Product Circulation Efficiency

In our country,compared with the production and circulation,we pay more attention to the production activities.With the progress of the society and the improvement of the economic level,the phenomenon of the high yield of agricultural products is very common,but for the farmers,the bumper harvest is not a good harvest.Therefore,from the source,the supply problem is not the main problem,the imbalance of supply and demand is more of circulation,and the circulation dilemma of agricultural products is closely related to the problem of circulation efficiency.Therefore,the measurement of the efficiency of the circulation of agricultural products in China,and the analysis of the effect of various factors on the efficiency of the circulation efficiency and promote the effective operation of agricultural products have a far-reaching impact.Therefore,taking the circulation of Chinese agricultural products as the research object,we should measure the efficiency of China's agricultural products circulation in the macro level of the entire circulation industry.Through the theoretical research and literature review at home and abroad,we fully observe the current situation of our agricultural products circulation industry,grasp the current research progress,establish an index system to measure the efficiency of the circulation of agricultural products in our country,and simplify the index by using the idea of principal component PCA on the basis of traditional DEA,at the same time,in order to embody the decision makers' bias.Well,to break the idea of the weight assignment of traditional DEA and so on,we adopt the objective assignment of the principal component weight and heavy constraint cone to DEA,construct the PCA-DEA combination evaluation model,collect the relevant data index according to the index system constructed,and make an empirical analysis on the annual circulation efficiency of China in 2000~2016,and discuss the development of our country's circulation efficiency level and its development.The trend proves the validity of the model.On this basis,the Tobit regression model is used to analyze the influence of capital input,market scale,benefit level,capital turnover and organizational degree of principal component index on circulation efficiency.It is found that the influence of various factors on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products is different.The influence of capital investment,market scale,benefit level and capital turnover on circulation efficiency is more significant,and the influence of the comprehensive index of organizational degree on circulation efficiency is not obvious.On the basis of strengthening and giving full play to the positive role of various factors,the pertinence adjustment to the circulation efficiency of agricultural products is an important content to further improve the efficiency of circulation.
