Inner Mongolia Agricultural And Livestocks Nroducts’ Circulation Efficiencv Research

Inner Mongolia is the national grain production regions.The livestock production is large,and it has many varieties,and it’s favored by the majority of consumers.But,the bottleneck of the development is that the livestock products circulation efficiency is not high.how to improve the efficiency of animal by-products circulation is the big problem faced by government,enterprises and farmers and herdsmen.This study aims to build up sufficient reaction efficiency evaluation system of Inner Mongolia livestock products circulation by investigating the present situation of Inner Mongolia livestock products circulation.Then the study will find out the main factors restricting the efficiency of the circulation of livestock products in Inner Mongolia,and the author will put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to raise efficiency of Inner Mongolia livestock products circulation for the government,enterprises and farmers and herdsmen.This paper consists of seven chapters,the first chapter is introduction.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,systemized circulation principle,the circulation cost theory,theory of efficiency.The third chapter fully grasp the circulation situation of Inner Mongolia livestock products by means of on-the-spot investigation about the Tongliao city,Xilinguole city and Bayannaoer city,located in the eastern,central and western.The fourth chapter builds fully reaction of Inner Mongolia livestock products circulation efficiency index system according to the characteristics of Inner Mongolia livestock products circulation,in order to evaluate the circulation efficiency of livestock products in Inner Mongolia.The fifth chapter finds out main factors restricting the efficiency of the circulation of livestock products based on Inner Mongolia livestock products circulation situation and the circulation efficiency evaluation conclusion.The sixth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to raise efficiency of circulation of livestock products in Inner Mongolia.The seventh chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of research,In this paper,using factor analysis method to evaluate the circulation efficiency of livestock products in Inner Mongolia,found that Inner Mongolia livestock products circulation is faced with weak infrastructure,backward logistics technology,logistics information network is not sound,etc.Those factors are the main reasons influencing livestock products circulation efficiency.Therefore,this paper establish a perfect transportation system,strengthen the rural logistics infrastructure construction,improve the level of rural informatization in pastoral area,increase government funding,widen the channel of the logistics management,etc.Then the study puts forward the measures to improve the efficiency of circulation of livestock products in Inner Mongolia.
