Research On Risk Management Of Cross-Border E-Commerce In China

The year 2013 is supposed to be the first year of the cross-border e-commerce.With the rapid development of the global Internet technology,cross-border e-commerce,as a new form of foreign trade,has begun to enter the eyes of many entrepreneurs.The state has promoted cross-border e-commerce to a new national strategy,attached great importance to it and gave great support in aspect of thepolicy.Along with the development of cross-border e-commerce,the consequent risk factors should not be underestimated.In order to ensure the sustainable and rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in the future,it is also important to pay close attention to the risk factors of cross-border e-commerce.Firstly,the theoretical basis of cross-border e-commerce is learned by literature review of foreign trade,the comprehensive risk theory and the theory of e-commerce;Secondly,the current situation and problems of cross-border e-commerce home and abroad are summarized.On the basis of above theory and practice,the identification of risk factors in the comprehensive risk management of 3C is combined with cross-border e-commerce,and the risk factors of cross-border e-commerce are combed and summarized,and the framework of risk factors for cross-border e-commerce is initially established;Finally,the above risk framework for cross-border e-commerce is arranged by the method of expert investigation,and the questionnaire is designed to collect data,which were analyzed by the method of factor analysis.The purpose of the analysis is to determine the current cross-border e-commerce that enterprises believe the important risk factors.At last we put forward some suggestions to the research results.There are few papers on the comprehensive risk factors of cross-border e-commerce.This thesis try to summarizes the comprehensive risk management framework of cross-border e-commerce by collation and induction of a large number of research documents.This is the difficulty of this paper,and also the innovation of this paper.Besides,analyzing the questionnaire data by the method of factor analysis and choosing the appropriate analysis method in the new research area is also an innovation of this paper.
