At present,E-commerce becomes increasingly popular in China,especially for the cross-border E-commerce,which having a great boom under national policy support.Therefore,related cross-border platforms are springing up all over the place.Since the traditional E-commerce companies are insufficient in terms of the knowledge of characteristic and business model about cross-border E-commerce,those companies are facing risk while building cross-border E-commerce platform.In the meantime more and more cloud computing platforms are built by self-built-server platform companies,which have advantages in virtual on-demand service and better expansibility.Not only because the new platform technology has high uncertainty,but also the emerging cross-border E-commerce system building increases the risk of the project management during the process of building cloud platform,which involving a large number of departments and complex personnel structure,the importance of an appropriate project risk management is particularly prominent.By author's practical experience in implementing project management in cross-border e-commerce and summary of platform construction process,the following general problems are found:(1)Compared to traditional E-commerce companies,it is difficult for the cross-border E-commerce companies that all-round identification and evaluation for business risk factor including foreign purchase,international logistics supply chain,and foreign currency settlement;(2)Quantitative assessment of risk is difficult for cross-border E-commerce cloud platform system and structure is complicated;(3)The management risk is not able to be monitored effectively for it is difficult that such a lot of risk on business and technical structure to be sorted orderly and risk response strategy being taken;(4)There has a large number of customer privacy data on cross-border electricity suppliers cloud platform.Privacy information disclosure risk is difficult to implement assessment and take effective measures to prevent it.Based on the above problems in the cross-border E-commerce companies in the cloud platform project,this thesis focuses on the research and discusses how to take effective measures to avoid these above risks or reduce the probability of occurrence.Combined traditional project management method with AHP,this thesis aims to construct a risk assessment model which suitable for the cross-border E-commerce.On the results of every essential factor risk assessment,the analysis model will provide certain result that can deal with identified project risks and reduce operation risk at each stage.Through the attack tree model that can recognize possible paths of privacy disclosure on cross-border E-commerce cloud platform,the preventive measures can be taken for these possible paths in order to not only reduce risk of privacy disclosure on the platform,but also improve the management ability on cross-border E-commerce project.According to the above risk control method in the process of enterprise project practice application and the completed identification of all kinds of risk factors of the project,the author build a set of risk analysis,risk response,risk monitoring management method for cross-border E-commerce cloud platform system.Through the verification of actual projects,the author proposed that these risk management measures can effectively control the risk of cross-border E-commerce cloud platform project,improve the level of project risk management,and ensure the quality of the project to a certain extent.
