Research On Status And Countermeasures Of Vegetable Quality And Safety In Beijing

The vegetable food security is essential to people's health,as well as the economic development and social stability.Since China entered WTO,Chinese living condition has improved a lot,thus,they pay more attention to the vegetable food security.The communist party and central government of China has always been regarding the protection of people's health and life security as the most important work,highlighting the vegetable food security,and viewing the protection of the vegetable food security as the essential program.Beijing city,as the capital of China,its resource is plenty at all aspects,and the measures to maintain the vegetable food security has already started.Since June 2004,the state bar code promotion project office have done the implementation in the vegetable base in Beijing city called vegetable safety traceability information system research and application demonstration project,and on this basis,at the end of 2014,the vegetable quality and safety traceability system of two-dimensional code are promoted.Beijing's vegetable products enjoy a high reputation throughout the country.It is a well-known vegetable distribution center in the country.The quality of its vegetables has a major bearing on food safety throughout the country.This study starts with the status quo of the safety of vegetable quality in Beijing,and uses literature data,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as research approaches,analyzes the current problems and causes,and summarizes measures and measures for improving the quality and safety of vegetables in Beijing.To promote the quality and safety of Beijing's vegetables in an all-round way,and promote the development of rural areas in Beijing,agricultural efficiency,and farmers' income increase to provide theoretical and practical guidance.This paper is divided into six parts,the content is arranged as follows:The first part is introduction,mainly gives a brief introduction of this research.Firstly,explains the research background;secondly,analyzes the research basis;thirdly,introduce the research purpose and meaning of this paper;fourthly,leads in other researchers' opinions abroad and at home;lastly,introduces how this research is done;The second part is literature review,mainly defines core concepts and relevant theories.Firstly,defines the core concepts of this research,like quality safe and quality safe of vegetable;secondly,introduces the relevant theories,like supply chain theory and information asymmetry theory;The third part is situation exploration,mainly elaborates the present situation of vegetable quality safe of Beijing city through plenty of data,tables and pictures.Firstly,analyzes the development of vegetable market of Beijing city through exploration;secondly,analyzes the working success and remained problems of vegetable quality safe of Beijing city through tables and pictures;The fourth part is reason analysis,mainly elaborates the reasons of the problems above.By deep research,the author thinks the reasons are: first,the pesticide residue is over the normal level;second,the supervision of industry garbage output is not strengthened;third,the people is not good awared of vegetable quality safe problem;fourth,the detective system of vegetable quality safe is not completed;last,the market admittance system should be improved;The fifth part is countermeasures,mainly put out relevant solutions out of the reasons analysis above,in order to improve the level of vegetable quality safe of Beijing city.The author gives the solutions as follows: first,the new technology research should be enhanced,so that the pesticide residue level will decrease;second,strengthen the supervision of industry garbage output;third,the people should be good aware of vegetable quality safe problem;fourth,the detective system of vegetable quality safe must be completed;lastly,improve the market admittance system;The last part is conclusion,the author makes a conclusion of the whole paper,and has a future view of vegetable quality safe problems of Beijing city.
