Also the use of chemical fertilizer, especially nitrogenous fertilizer is used widely and the content of nitrate in vegetable products is a little higher. Because of the drainage of city and industrial polluted water, the polluting results of heavy metals and harmful organic matters appear obviously. Due to development of road network, the pollution of vehicle exhausts is developing seriously year after year.WeiFang is famous for growing dimension, growing species, exportation varieties, exportation quantity and proper protecting the soil in China so production of vegetables is very important in agriculture of WeiFang. This article puts forward the safety production measurement system of vegetables, suitable for the actual vegetable production of WeiFang, based on the situation of the food safety production abroad and standardized by some food safety production regulation and stipulation at present of our country. The measurement systems are as follows:Firstly, governments at all levels and the whole society should pay high attention to the safety production of the agricultural products, so as to form a good social environment. Secondly, we should pay more attention to the administration, organization and coordianation of the non-harmful vegetable production , set up and perfect a coordinated process service system for the before, middle and after production. Thirdly, we should lay down and perfect the standard system for the non-harmful vegetables, to make it a criterion andbase for the production, examining and enforcing the law of the non-harmful vegetables in WeiFang. Fourthly, we should set up a productive technological vegetable system which is both standardized and harmless, to indicate the development of the non-harmful vegetable production.
