| China,by the increasing technological innovation investment in bio-pharmaceutical industry in recent years,has grown rapidly to the world's second largest bio-pharmaceutical country only to the United States.However,the growth in scale and volume may not be equal to the efficiency improvement.Due to the relative scarcity of technological innovation,it is a unsustainable and unhealthy way to enlarge scale and volume only by increasing the investment in technological innovation without considering the efficiency improvement.In view of that,this paper analyzes our country's Bio-medicine industry Technology innovation efficiency and gives out some related proposal to improve its efficiency for achieving the long-term stable development.This paper is divided into four parts:(1)In the aspect of innovation of value chain,based on the concept of technological innovation efficiency and the theory of innovation value chain,combining with the research of related literatures abroad,divides China's bio-pharmaceutical industry into the technology development stage and technology transformation stage,and constructs the index system respectively,then carry out the static and dynamic measures by using SBM model and Malmquist index method;(2)Based on the convergence hypothesis and spatial econometric theory,carry out the spatial correlation analysis and spatial convergence test on the efficiency value of technological innovation,the results show negative spatial correlation and spatial convergence;(3)Based on the research on the factors influencing the efficiency of technology innovation by domestic and foreign scholars,starting from three main bodies of enterprises、government and schools,choosing the factors influencing the efficiency of technological innovation,analyzes the influencing factors by using Tobit regression analysis;(4)Puts forward relevant policy recommendations according to the comprehensive analysis of the above empirical results. |
