The Compilation And Characteristic Analysis Of China's Social Accounting Matrix Simplification Table In 2016

Social Accounting Matrix(SAM)is a matrix balance sheet,which is an important instrument to display trade flows between sectors of the national economy as well as the economic ties and payments between the sectors.Up to now,the analysis in social accounting matrix has grown in the foreign countries,while the lag out in our countries.It is because the theoretical analysis in our country started relatively late and does not meet the standards of the system of national accounts.The social accounting matrix of 2016 has not prepared yet.So this thesis focuses on the design of the compilation method of social accounting matrix and the Social Accounting Matrix of 2016.This article will be divided into five parts.The first part is the background and meaning of the analysis,literature review,writing thought and innovation point.Bases on the analysis of the history of the social accounting matrix,compose sequence,table design,the methods of balance and delay and the application,this article give a big picture of the problems in preparation in SAM.The main innovation of this paper is using the improved cross entropy method step by step in balancing method SAM table,break the limit on the amount of data of the GAMS software;and the social accounting matrix multiplier analysis method is extended to the field of income distribution and financial transactions,to compensate for the lack of original multiplier analysis.The second part focuses on the compilation method of the SAM,which includes the design and improvement of the SAM,simplification of the equilibrium relationship of modules and the introduction and improvement of the balance method of SAM.Based on the methods which is mentioned in the second part and statistical data in our country,the accounts in SAM was subdivided,with the help of the improved cross entropy method step by step and GAMS,make the SAM of 2016.The fourth part introduce the multiplier method which is commonly used in SAM,and then use this method into income distribution and financial investment.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook.Though the conclusion of the whole preparation process,the writer put forward a deeper research direction and research suggestion.
