China's economic development has entered a new normal,and the increasingly complex new environment has also become more demanding for companies.The ultimate goal of enterprises is to maximize profits.Compared with other issues,companies are more concerned with performance.The improvement of corporate performance depends on the output of employees.Therefore,companies must always pay attention to the cultivation and development of internal human resources.As the core part of the enterprise,the human resources management department plays a key role in the development of the company.It is an important task for the human resources management department to formulate relevant management measures to maximize the human capital within the company.In the formulation of management measures,department employees must reach a consensus with the management of the company to allow employees to fully participate and communicate with employees in time to ensure the smooth implementation of management measures.It is necessary to closely integrate the company's overall strategy,take a broad view,and formulate management measures that are most suitable for the development of the company so as to enhance the overall performance of the company.At present,most enterprises in China have invested a lot of energy in human resources management,but they have had little success.The reason is that the implementation of human resources management measures within the enterprise is insufficient,which in turn causes the management system and objectives to be clearly communicated to employees,and the management measures cannot be implemented in depth so that the goals originally formulated by the enterprise cannot be achieved.This is virtually caused by Waste of corporate resources.When internal employees cannot clearly perceive the reasons for the management department to formulate policies,human resources management will lose its significance.In view of the above situation,on the basis of consulting existing literature,this paper finds that existing research at home and abroad pays little attention to the implementation of human resource management,and mostly considers contentselection and formulation,so that it is impossible to deeply study the performance of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper constructs a model of human resource management strength and work performance,and from the perspective of the specific implementation process,to explore the impact of human resource management on job performance.And put into organizational identification to explore its internal influence mechanism.At the same time,the variable of active personality is placed between the strength of human resources management and organizational identity,providing new ways and means for companies to improve their work performance.In this paper,279 valid samples were obtained through questionnaire survey,and statistical software was used to test and analyze the data.The following conclusions were drawn: First,there are four variables: human resources management strength,active personality,organizational identity and job performance.Relevant to each other;Second,the strength of human resources management can positively predict job performance;Third,the organization recognizes the intermediary role between human resources management strength and job performance;Fourth,the initiative personality will weaken the strength of human resources management The influence of identity.And by summarizing and sorting out the research results,it puts forward practical management inspiration and provides countermeasures and suggestions for corporate managers to improve their performance.In summary,this paper discusses the mechanism of the impact of human resource management intensity on job performance based on the role of active personality adjustment,provides a new perspective for existing research,and enriches the relevant theoretical research.
