In management practice,human resource management becomes more and more important as organizations compete by physical elements to human resource.Human resource management has been the strong support of organizational goals and high performance.In theoretical research,the research on strength of human resource management and organizational socialization become the current hot.But the researchers of strength of human resource management and organizational socialization were confined to their respective research field.However,this research discovers that these two concepts have a strong correlation by comparing the purpose,connotation and outcome variables of strength of human resource management and organizational socialization tactics.So the study of linking between these two concepts is a very meaningful issue.Two problems are concerned.First,does strength of human resource management affect the employee's job performance?Second,how is the influencing mechanism between strength of human resource management and job performance?What is the role that organizational socialization tactics play?In order to answer the above questions,this research constructs the concept model of strength of human resource management,organizational socialization tactics and job performance based on the related theories and literatures in Chinese situation.Then,the data is collected through matched questionnaires.Finally,SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 are used for the empirical analysis and hypothesis testing.This research reveals the black box that how strength of human resource management affects job performance.Research conclusions are as follows.First,strength of human resource management has a significant positive effect on job performance.Second,organization-oriented socialization tactics moderates the relationship between strength of human resource management and job performance.When organization-oriented socialization tactics tend to institutional,strength of human resource management affects job performance weakly.When organization-oriented socialization tactics tend to individual,strength of human resource management affects job performance strongly.Third,the moderation effect of organization-oriented socialization tactics is mediated by employee-oriented socialization tactics.Fourth,this research puts forward the corresponding suggestions for management based on the results of empirical analysis.
