With the continuous improvement of China's market economy,the increasing complexity and uncertainty of business environment and the increasing competition in the real estate market,the management of real estate enterprises has been in the face of serious challenges.Human resource management is a key core competitiveness for an enterprise.A good performance management system will enable enterprises to grow rapidly and achieve good returns.However,there are still some deficiencies in the construction of human resources management system,especially the problems of the performance management system.Therefore,real estate enterprises should fully recognize to the important of improving the business performance,establishing and perfecting the performance management system,strengthening the business management skills,and make measures to make excellent performance management system of enterprises as the driving force of sustainable development.In this article,from the perspective of the modern enterprise performance management theory,based on the enterprise performance management problems of Kai Feng real estate co.LTD..Considering the performance management theory of small businesses,it provides advice of promoting the development of the Kai Feng real estate co.LTD.,and also hope to provide reference for other enterprise's performance management research at the same time.In the first chapter of this paper,it briefly introduces that in today's fierce competitive environment,the competition of talents is the most important in the background of the reduction of real estate projects and the shortage of capital chain.Especially the performance management of human resources is the most important issues for small and medium-sized enterprise management activities,and tells the research methods of this article,domestic and foreign literature review,research content,the innovations and shortcomings of the article;The second chapter briefly describes Kai Feng real estate co.LTD.and its organizational structure,and introduces and analyses the current organizational characteristics,current situation of performance management and the existing problems in performance management.From aspects of the concept and tools of performance management,it conducts an in-depth analysis,finding out the basis to solve the problem,and briefly introducing Kai Feng real estate co.LTD.performance management optimization scheme which includes the optimization principle and the optimization goal;The third chapter puts forward the specific content against the company performance management problem through the establishment and improvement of performance management,clearing the responsibilities and processes and choosing the most appropriate assessment tools and methods,combined with other management functions to maximum play the role of performance management;The fourth chapter analyzes the necessary conditions for the implementation of performance management plan.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions and implications of this paper.This paper perfects the performance management theory and uses the description analysis,comparative analysis and system analysis method,combined with multivariate analysis method and plenty of data to ensure performance management assessment results more reliable.Representative research on the general problem and individuation of the private enterprise group has enriched the performance management theory of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.By combining the actual performance management situation of Kai Feng real estate co.LTD,the article researches Kai Feng real estate co.,LTD performance management system,and puts forward the targeted design and some ideas of performance management.It can also be used for the performance management of other small and medium-sized enterprises.
