With the progress of society and the development of the times,the real estate industry is facing new challenges in the new economic situation and market environment.The increasingly rational purchase of customers,higher and higher product requirements,increasingly fierce competition with the industry,and continuous escalation of government regulation all require that real estate development companies must improve their core competitiveness and focus on pursuing customer needs and customer satisfaction.On the transfer.Only by understanding the needs of customers,can we produce products that customers are satisfied with.Only product satisfaction can win the trust of customers and enable companies to remain invincible in the competition.At present,research on real estate customer satisfaction mostly starts from the macro level,and lacks specific research on specific projects from the perspective of the company itself.Therefore,the evaluation of customer satisfaction in real estate residential projects is based on the results of customer evaluation,and the development of targeted promotion strategies and recommendations has important practical significance for the sustainable development of real estate companies and the stability of the industry market.This article first carries out relevant theoretical research,reviews domestic and international customer satisfaction theory,compares and analyzes several popular research models of satisfaction at the present stage,and finds out their respective advantages and disadvantages to provide reference for the selection of follow-up evaluation models.The theoretical research on real estate residential customer satisfaction,understanding of real estate product characteristics and consumer behavior,to provide reference for real estate customer demand and satisfaction factors to identify the reference.Based on the theoretical research,a customer satisfaction evaluation model consistent with this study was constructed.Through interviews and interviews with internal experts and customers of the company,the evaluation indicators for customer satisfaction in residential projects were determined,and various evaluation indicators were analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process.The calculation of weights has preliminarily established a customer satisfaction evaluation system for real estate residential projects that includes peripheral facilities,environmental planning,residential design,housing quality and service quality.The system is used for empirical research in actual cases,questionnaire surveys are used to obtain customer evaluation data,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to rate the satisfaction of the project.Based on the calculation results of the evaluation values of each index,the overall project Comprehensive analysis of the operational situation,and finally put forward plans and measures that have practical significance for the project,and provide reference for enterprises in future development decisions.
