| Based on previous study, this paper found that customer satisfaction with the implementation strategy will bring high business value in return. It is the same in the grasp of customer satisfaction of the real estate industry as well. The Chinese real estate industry quickly developed in the past 10 years by the development of prosperity. However, as the real estate industry consolidation, the relevant state policies and the lack of advantage land, real estate companies rely on brand survival is bound to become a reality. Because of the brand is based on customer groups. It is needed to study how to improve in the current context of customer satisfaction and maintain customer groups, to keep the business healthy and sustainable development. Therefore, the study of real estate companies to maintain and improve customer satisfaction has become an important research topic.This paper reveals intrinsic link between the customer needs and the customer satisfaction.and Furthermore, it is discussed how to and why to implement the customer satisfaction strategies in the real-estate companies. For the concideration, this paper uses the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) model for research needs.This paper, through the study of real estate enterprise and real estate industry characteristics, and the characteristics of the real estate business customers starting from the customer satisfaction is how to meet customer needs and to demonstrate the relationship between production, combined with relevant literature and research, presented this real estate customer satisfaction model. On this basis, through the pre-survey and empirical investigation in two steps, modified model and validate factors and assumptions. And this made some inspiration and advice. The main results are:Firstly, this paper demonstrates the real estate customer hierarchy of needs, and proposes the balance principle of the demand level and investing propensity, which provides customer satisfaction strategy in real estate companies. Secondly, this paper improves and develops the existed customer satisfaction factors, and proposes a useful real-estate enterprises' concept model for customer satisfaction measurement. Finally, using the results of this study, this paper analyzes the problems of the real-estate industry with some possible solutions, and gets some inspiration through studying steps and plans of implementing real-estate company customer satisfaction strategies. |
