With the rapid development of the real estate industry,customer consumption has becom e more rational,and industry competition has gradually shifted from product competition to se rvice competition.Faced with a more difficult and ever-changing business environment and m ore intense market competition,major real estate companies will gradually grasp customer ne eds and do customer relationship management as the top priority of the company's strategic de ployment.As a comprehensive real estate development company with a large volume in South China,L Company has a large advantage in brand image and financial strength,and customer s generally have higher brand recognition.With the development of the market economy,man y private housing enterprises have become a benchmark in the industry through customer seg mentation and personalized and refined services.In such a market environment,L companies must understand customer needs,provide customers with the products and services they need,and maintain their original competitive advantages while enhancing the soft power of custom er relationship management.Therefore,L company should conduct customer satisfaction surv ey,through the data analysis of the survey results,understand the core needs of customers,an d find the key factors affecting customer satisfaction.This paper firstly combs the domestic and international customer satisfaction theory and related literatures,combined with the real estate management status of L real estate company,theoretically combined with the actual design of L real estate company customer satisfaction e valuation system,using questionnaire survey method,taking L company residential customers as the survey object,conducting customer satisfaction surveys.Correlation analysis and regr ession analysis were used to find out the main influencing factors affecting the customer satisf action of L real estate development companies.The results show that L real estate developme nt company customer satisfaction and sales service,project planning,housing design,project quality,property service All are positive correlations,that is,customer satisfaction is positivel y affected by these five factors.The importance of the five factors on customer satisfaction is ranked as Engineering Quality>Property Services>Housing Design>Sales Services>Proj ect Planning,and in the satisfaction score,Sales Service>Housing Design>Property Service s>Project Planning>Project Quality,Description Engineering quality and property services are aspects that L real estate development companies need to focus on.According to this,it in eludes the introduction of the concept of "big project management","model first",implement ation of "opening of construction site",upgrading the quality of fine decoration engineering,u sing information tools to strengthen process management,establishing customer complaint inf ornation processing mechanism,and providing personalized value-added services,Some cou ntermeasures and suggestions,such as inventory,solid foundation service level and seivice ex plicitization,are used to enhance the customer satisfaction of L real estate development comp anies and improve the service quality and market competitiveness of the company.
