Evaluation And Analysis Of Development Level Of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration Based On Multi-source Data

With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the strategy of urban agglomeration driven by core cities has gradually become a hot issue in global development.The Zhongyuan Urban agglomeration is the new growth pole of economic development in the central part of China,the important transportation hub is the base of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,and the inland areas open new highlands in both directions.To study the comprehensive development level of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration is not only helpful to understand the development characteristics,laws and the level,but also provides a reference for the relevant departments to plan a rational and orderly urban system.And it is the need to promote the strategic promotion of the rise of central China.This paper takes Zhongyuan urban agglomeration as the research area,on the basis of fully understanding the present development situation of Zhongyuan Urban agglomeration,then constructs a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of urban development level,and selects the appropriate index.Using Landsat remote sensing data,DMSP / OLS night lighting data,NPP-VIIRS night lighting data and statistical yearbook data to extract the index information needed.Using the method of principal component analysis(PCA)to evaluate the development level of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration and the cities in 2006,2011 and 2016.In order to reveal the characteristics of the comprehensive development level of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration,the evaluation results are analyzed from four angles of time,space,space-time synthesis and principal component,and provide reference for relevant departments to carry out urban development planning and other works.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the point of view of time,the level of comprehensive development of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration shows a trend of increasing year by year,and the growth rate is phased.Cities can be divided into two categories according to the growth rate of urban development level:1.Cities that first grow faster then slower,such as Pingding Shan,Jiyuan,Changzhi and Jincheng.2.Cities that first grow slower then faster,such as Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,Luoyang,Anyang,and the most of cities.Cities can be divided into two categories based on the growth rate of Zhongyuanurban agglomeration from 2006 to 2016: cities that grow faster than the overall of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration,and the cities that grow slower than the overall of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration.It is found that the growth rate of most cities is below the overall level of urban agglomeration.(2)From the point of view of space,The cities can be divided into five grades according to the evaluation score characteristics.Spatialization the results,it is found that the number of hierarchical cities changes irregularly,the spatial zoning changes significantly,and the difference between the north and the south is great.And the difference of urban development between north and south has a tendency to expand.The comprehensive development level of Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Nanyang has been in the first grade,while Hebi,Jiyuan,Luohe have been in the 5th grade for a long time.Other cities have varying degrees of change,shows the dynamic nature in the development of urban agglomerations,and the imbalance between cities.As a result,the first class of cities was all in the south of the Yellow River by 2016.More and more cities with higher level of comprehensive development distributed in the south of the Yellow River.(3)From the point of view of space-time comprehensive development,The urban comprehensive development level rises from the lower level to the higher level,most of them are concentrated in the central and western regions of Zhongyuan Urban agglomeration in the year of 2006-2011.The urban comprehensive development level rises from the lower level to the higher level,most of the cities are concentrated in the eastern part of Zhongyuan Urban agglomeration in the year of 2011-2016.In the year of 2006-2016,considering the spatial distribution change and the level of urban comprehensive development,it is found that the cities with higher level and higher grades are basically distributed along the Shiwu passenger dedicated Line and the Xulan passenger dedicated Line in space.The cities with general level and cities with lower grades are mostly distributed along the lines of Zhengyu High Speed Railway,Zhenghe passenger dedicated Line,Zhengtai passenger dedicated Line and Zhengji High Speed Railway.The cities that are not on the "mi" traffic network are the cities with lower level and lower grade.(4)From the point of view of principal components,local fiscal revenue,regional gross domestic product,area of built-up areas,investment in social assets,urban population are the main factor that causes the change of the level of urban development and the spatial difference.While,the green space area of per capita,theexpenditure of entertainment,education and culture in GDP and the proportion of environmental protection investment in GDP have a very limited influence on the level of urban comprehensive development.
