Coffee,tea and cocoa drinks have been called the world's three major beverages because of their popularity,with coffee being the top three.China's coffee industry has been developing for more than 20 years.Although the total consumption of coffee has ranked the 17th,the average annual consumption of people is less than 5 cups,much lower than the level of 350 cups in South Korea and Japan.This shows that China There is a vast coffee market.Just introduced into China,coffee is considered to be a kind of "petty bourgeoisie",a symbol of the middle and high class lifestyle.However,as people's living standard and quality have been somewhat improved,coffee has gradually become integrated into people's life.With the continuous development of our economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,one of the outstanding features is that the tertiary industry is booming.The level of prosperity and development of the tertiary industry has become an important indicator of the degree of development of the modern economy.Coffee drinks belong to the restaurant industry,catering industry belongs to the service industry,that is,a part of the tertiary industry.Yanji is a gathering place.Although it is a fourth-tier city,it is located in Northeast Asia and is deeply influenced by the economy and culture of South Korea.Its economic level ranks first in Jilin province,in particular,the coffee industry in the tertiary industry has outstanding performance.The coffee industry is a specialty industry in Yanji.It draws on the successful experience of Korean coffee shops,and has a good momentum of development in Yanji.The outlook for coffee consumption is optimistic.This paper mainly analyzes the development trend of the Yanji coffee industry,including the five major current statuses of the rapid development of the market,the uniqueness of business content,the blending of domestic and foreign brands,the homogenization of in-store products,and the generalization of individual forms and the four characteristics of nationality,regionality,popularity,and quality have further explored the factors that led to the above-mentioned status,including the socio-cultural environment,domestic and international economic situation,investment managers,consumer groups,and policies.We found that Yanji's rapid development of the coffee industry resulted in unscientific business philosophy,insufficient late-stage capital supply,obvious regional preference for consumption,over-developed tendencies,and lack of expertise in the industry.Finally,it proposed development strategies for the Yanji coffee industry,including:the goals and positioning of the Yanji coffee industry,as well as enhance the innovation and development capabilities of the coffee industry,increase the internationalization of the coffee industry,strengthen the planning and management of the coffee industry,and optimize the funding and product structure of the coffee industry.Finally,it is concluded that the Yanji coffee industry has been well developed and has its own unique style characteristics.The Yanji coffee industry will continue to develop in a good manner in the future.It is necessary to enhance the development content and development level of the coffee industry through the above-mentioned viewpoints,and accelerate the transformation and upgrade from the aspects of coffee quality,humane temperament,public characteristics,coffee operation,value-added services,and comprehensive experience,and develop the market,market value,and profits to a higher level.
