Research On Development Countermeasures Of Yanji Securities Industry

The financial industry has been developing rapidly in China and has become an important factor in the economic development of the country as a whole country as well as every region.The developing level of the financial industry has become an important indicator of the economic and social development of a country and region.As an important part of the financial industry,the security industry has close ties to the national and regional economic development.Under the new circumstances,accelerating and upgrading the service and development of the security industry become more and more important in the coordinated development of regional economy,which probably will become an important source of economic growth in the future.In the light of the State Council's new round of revitalization of the Northeast,the question of how the security industry,with its investment and financial functions,can be utilized to facilitate Yanji's fast and sustainable development has become increasingly important.Based on the development status and problems of the security industry in Yanji in recent years,this study empirically and inductively analyzes the problem and concludes the following problems:securities companies have a weak sponsor ability,the service of staff requires improvement,the scale of the security market is small,the profit model is old,the management is too simple,innovation is insufficient and the risk control ability is lagging behind.This thesis proposes the following solutions:revision of the sponsor system of security companies,supporting local enterprises to come into the market in various ways,promoting the publicity and education of financial planning,improving the service quality from online to offline,innovating financial products and tightening risk control.
