A Study On The Influence Of Farmers' Type And Rent Method On The Development Of Cooperative Cause In The Republic Of China

The cooperative movement is an important part of saving the rural economy during the period of the Republic of China.After the implementation of the cooperative law of the Republic of China,the cooperative organization has obtained the legal status of the cooperative organization,and the cooperative organization has also become an economic subject in the market.However,in the nature of the period of the Republic of China,the mainstream view of the academic community is that it is a "top-down" movement and is full of "government determinism".Besides the influence of the government and policy,how does the folk influence the cooperative movement? This paper first combs the two stages of cooperative development,and describes the characteristics of the three aspects of the number,type and regional distribution of the cooperatives,and describes the characteristics of the farmers' types and the mode of the rent in each region.It was found that the cooperation in the period of the Republic of China was greatly influenced by the government's preference,but under the same policy background,there were great differences in the development of cooperatives in various regions.The cooperatives mainly concentrated on the economic base,education level,and the better areas outside the openness of information.At the same time,it is also found that there are differences between the number of cooperatives,the types of farmers and the way of rent.Secondly,according to the theory of transaction cost in organizational economics,it is believed that the farmers are more likely to participate in the market transaction,and the farmers are more inclined to join the cooperative organization in order to reduce the transaction cost,while the main transaction cost of the tenant farmers is derived from the tenancy contract,therefore,to join the cooperative organization of the lack of power.Regardless of the type of farmers,the mode of money rent has a role in promoting the development of the cooperative organization.The way of renting money forces the farmers to enter the market,and the way of renting the valley has hindered the opportunities for farmers to enter the market,thus hindering the development of the cooperative organization.Therefore,in all regions,farmers and rent have a positive impact on cooperative organizations,and tenant farmers and grain rent have negative effects on cooperative organizations.Thirdly,132 counties in Sichuan Province in 1940 are selected as samples.Based on theoretical analysis and related hypotheses,four indicators are used to verify the effects of farmers' types and rent ways on the development of cooperative cause.From the regression results,it is found that the farmers and the way of money rent have a significant positive impact on the cooperative cause,that is,the more the farmers and the larger proportion of the money rent,the more the tenant farmers and the rents have a significant negative impact on the cooperative cause,that is,the less the tenant farmers and the greater renting of the valley;Besides,educational investment and information openness have a significant positive impact on the development of cooperative cause.Therefore,this research conclusion provides a new way of thinking for cooperative cause is "top-down" improvement campaign,or "weak self rescue".Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test,according to the research results and relevant explanations,from the three aspects of the development of the cooperative target group,the development strategy of "Rural Revitalization",the transition from the small peasant economy to the big peasant economy,the relevant enlightenment of the development of modern farmer professional cooperatives in China is put forward,In order to contribute to the healthy.
