Research On The Influencing Factors And Strategies Of Leisure Agriculture Cooperative Development In Shandong And Taiwan

With the development of economy and social progress,residents demand more and more high quality of life,and the demand for leisure activities increases sharply.The space of urban crowding cannot meet the leisure needs of residents,and leisure and entertainment space is urgently needed to expand,and leisure agriculture has a fast development opportunity.As a traditional agricultural province,Shandong province is still in the primary stage of leisure agriculture,with many development problems,while Taiwan,as a pioneer of leisure agriculture,has formed a mature business system.Taiwan leisure agriculture has a good complementarity to the leisure agriculture in Shandong province,and the cooperation between the two provinces has an important role in solving the problems of the current leisure agriculture and promoting the development of leisure agriculture in Shandong province.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out leisure agriculture cooperation.In this paper,it is found that domestic and foreign scholars mainly expound on the connotation,development mode,development problem and cooperation method of leisure agriculture,but the research on the influence factors of leisure agriculture cooperation in Shandong and Taiwan,especially in Shandong,is very limited.The leisure agriculture cooperation of Lu-Tai has a positive effect on promoting the common development of leisure agriculture in both places.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance to analyze the development status and influencing factors of Lu-Tai leisure agriculture cooperation and provide practical strategies for the development of leisure agriculture cooperation.First of all,this paper studies the development of leisure agriculture in Shandong and Taiwan,and finds that there are some problems such as lack of experience,imperfect system,technology and shortage of funds in leisure agriculture in Shandong province,but there are also resources and market advantages.The leisure agriculture in Taiwan has a strong advantage in managing experience,capital investment,technology applications,but lack of resources and development space,and there is a good basis for cooperation in both places.However,with the cooperation,there will also be some constraints.Shandong and Taiwan want to find a better way to develop leisure agriculture,and they have a full understanding of the factors that affect the development of the leisure agriculture in Lu-tai.Through policy relations,economic science and technology and social environment,this paper elaborates on the influence of the development of leisure agriculture cooperation in Lu-tai,and analyzes the policy,information and development issues of the cooperation of leisure agriculture in Lu-tai.Secondly,based on the empirical analysis of the influence factors of the leisure agriculture in Lu-tai,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the five influencing factors of the criteria layer,and the influence factors of 15 sub-factors of the index layer are calculated,and the judgment matrix is constructed by using the method of expert scoring.After the calculation,it is concluded that the relationship between cross-strait relations,the cooperation policy of Lu-tai,land resources,consumption demand,capital input,labor quantity,and management talents are the major influences on the leisure agriculture cooperation of Lu-Tai.Then,the results of analytic hierarchy process were tested by means of principal component regression,and the importance of influencing factors was found to be largely consistent with the regression of the main influence indexes,which could reflect the importance of the influence factors of the leisure agriculture cooperation.Finally,combining with the problems and empirical research results of Lu-tai leisure agriculture cooperation,this paper puts forward feasible cooperation strategies for the cooperation between Shandong and Taiwan leisure agriculture.On the one hand,through the cooperation between government,a platform is established to provide policy support,guidance planning and information exchange for the development of leisure agriculture cooperation.On the other hand,by virtue of the opportunity of land circulation,combining with the development of Internet supply chain finance,Lu-tai can realize efficient resource allocation for leisure agriculture cooperation and strengthen the level of leisure agriculture cooperation.In addition,the development strategy of comprehensive leisure agriculture and the operation mode of leisure agriculture are proposed,and the cooperative mode of leisure agriculture in Lu-tai is put forward,so as to provide new ideas for promoting the development of Lu-tai leisure agriculture cooperation.
