With the continuous development of Internet information technology and market economy,e-commerce as a simplified mode of industrial business model,which has become the chasing point of all kinds of industries in China.Although many leading enterprises have established their own e-commerce platform in China by far,they haven't fundamentally shaken the supply channels and ways of food materials.The current food materials supply chain management in our country is still in the traditional backward stage.Food materials have varieties of categories and the transaction mode is complex.At the same time,there are many circulation links,and serious wastage of food materials,which make it difficult to satisfy and respond the needs of end user and customers.B2B mode,as the most active operation mode in the field of e-commerce,has become the first choice for entrepreneurs to enter the food materials industry.When B2 B e-commerce food materials supply chain integrator appeared,the traditional food materials has realized the mode of "+Internet".Although the problems in the traditional food supply chain are solved to some extent,there are still some problems in the process of operation,such as the difficulty of large-scale development,the low degree of standardization,the shortage of funds and so on.The purpose of this paper is to analyze B2 B e-commerce food materials supply chain by using the theory of collaboration and ISM model,which to solve the shortcomings of the supply chain to reduce the cost and to improve the efficiency.Firstly in this paper,the necessity of developing B2 B e-commerce food materials supply chain integrator is obtained through literature review and analysis of the current situation and mode of food materials supply chain.Secondly,this paper analyzes the requirements and characteristics of B2 B e-commerce food materials supply chain coordination,including internal and external coordination,so as to have depth analysis.Then,using ISM model to analyze its influence factors,and drawing a conclusion: partnership,information sharing degrees,enterprise strategy are the primary force to promote supply chain coordination development.In order to achieve supply chain coordination,integrator must deal with external relations,internal management and information management.Finally,the problems are analyzed by the application of cooperative strategies through the case study of H Company,and it provides a certain guiding value for the realization of collaborative operation of H Company's food materials supply chain.
