Researchon Innovation Resources Integration Pathof Gold Wind

《National Innovation-driven Development Strategy》was released on May 23,2016 in China,and putting forward three stages goal of implementing innovation-driven development strategy.How to realize the improvement of enterprise innovation ability through effective integration of existing innovative resources becomes an urgent problem for manufacturing enterprises.Gold Wind is one of the first development and manufacturing of wind power units companies in China,which has become leading manufacturer.Wind power manufacturing industry enter the downturn,some enterprises continued to quit,whether Gold Wind can continue to innovate and lead China's wind power unit will become major challenge.Firstly,this dissertation has reviewed the innovation resources integration theory and related research,then innovation resources stock,innovation resource integration environment and present situation of Gold Wind have been analyzed,and demonstrating the necessity and the essence of integrating innovation resources of Gold Wind.Factors of innovation resources integration is identified from the subject,object and environment of innovation resources integration.Based on the principles of systematic and scientific,the indicator system has been constructed,using the Grey Correlation Analysis to evaluate influencing factors of Gold Wind,analyzing evaluation results.Based on the evaluation results,the dynamic capability,market orientation and network are the basis of path design,built three innovation resources integration path,which will be applied in different phases of Gold Wind.Finally,according to the design of path,the guarantee measures for the implementation of innovative resources integration path of Gold Wind are put forward.The research results of this dissertation have important practical value to guide the innovation resources integration of Gold Wind,having great practical significance for improving the innovation ability of Gold Wind,and having important theoretical significance for promoting the implementation of China's innovation-driven development strategy.
