A Study Of Logistics System Operating Model Based On Cigarette Manufacturing Factory

It's a very important development direction of technology innovation for tobacco manufacturing companies during the periods of the tenth five-year and the eleventh five-year, that is, to establish the automated logistics system. By establishing the system, the tobacco manufacturing companies can not only combine the materials flows with the manufacturing and operation of the companies, but also make the integration and automation of the internal pursing, manufacturing, transportation and storage come true. These all can greatly enhance the company's manufacturing capacities and core competence.Based on the systemic argument about the analysis methods of logistics system, this thesis gives out a simulation of the fundamental frame of the tobacco manufacturing companies' logistics. On one side, the thesis puts forward the general arts and crafts of the logistics' design according to the practical material and demand of the companies. On the other hand, the thesis advances the discussion about the stability, cost and the control on the material's quality of the logistic systems operation.Aiming at the practical circumstances of the tobacco manufacturing companies, this thesis especially puts the emphases on the discussion about the automated-blocking-chest system and AGV dolly. The automated-blocking-chest system actualizes the following working procedure's automation of the coiling-linking-packing procedures in the tobacco manufacturing system. And the AGV dolly makes it possible to transport the raw materials automatically in stone's throw. On the foundation of the entire design optimization of the logistics system, the automated-blocking-chest system and the AGV dolly both can operate steadily and the whole logistics system can also operate well. Thereby, they can satisfy the demand that the tobacco manufacturing system calls for the logistics and finally enhance the automation level of the company.This thesis is the research on the basis of our own company's logistics system. It's the certain argument about the operation status in quo of the very system from the academic perspective.
