| With the increasingly fierce competition of the global wind power industry inrecent years, major wind power companies have begun to proceed from the internal,through the concept of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and optimizationof the production line to ensure the success in the industry competition.First this paper introduces the domestic wind power technology developmentstatus in recent years, as well as some VT Company’s wind power developmentbackground, and do a brief introduction to the lean production development ofresearch status at home and abroad, to describe briefly the content of this study andresearch directions.Secondly, the article describes the theory of lean production and lean mode ofproduction, the principles of production line layout, it also describes the tools of leanmanufacturing implementation amply. After that, the article describes the VTcontroller actual plant production status in detail.In the end, the paper states the vision simply, and it can provide some referenceof lean production methods and ideas to the similar companies.Then it analysis the current problems in the production of VT company throughthe value stream map, and determine the specific programs and targets forimprovement by designing the future value stream map, pointed out the direction thecompany to carry out a more comprehensive and systematic lean productionimprovements for company.Finally, we discussed in detail how to improve the VT production line byutilizing lean manufacturing theory and methods, the application of lean production inVCS line, including production layout redesign, assembly location optimization, andraise the production rate and efficiency. Also statement the supervise system and howto track the improvement in production line. |
