With the development of China's economy,people's living standard has been continuously improved,and people's demands for environmental protection and health have become higher and higher.The fact that smoking is harmful to one's health has become a social problem,so a new electronic product has emerged,which is e-cigarettes.E-cigarette is an electronic product created in China.It started with the products of quitting smoking in the domestic market.However,due to the inaccuracy of domestic product positioning,its development in the domestic market has not generated a strong response.However,the world health organization in the face of the global tobacco threat to health,calls for a global ban,and adopted a series of related measures,under the circumstances of global anti-smoking efforts to continuously strengthen,Europe and the United States,Japan,South Korea and other developed countries have issued a non-smoking policy,response to the call.And for electronic cigarettes its own outstanding advantages: health,safety,and not one hand smoke,do not produce the carcinogenic substances such as tar,do not produce second-hand smoke,etc.,after entering the world market,country market rapidly occupation,in Europe and the United States,Japan and other countries,electronic cigarettes have become a kind of common products like mobile phones.With the popularity of e-cigarettes in the world,countries have also devoted themselves to the development of e-cigarette industry,and invested a lot of time and money in the production and development of e-cigarettes.Although the electronic cigarette is made in China,but for now,the United States with its powerful guarantee of funds,focus on innovation and technology research and development,the core competitor,become strong competitors in China.Across the globe,North America is by far the largest consumer market,followed by Europe,Japan and others.However,the development of e-cigarettes in the domestic market is still in its infancy,and the reasons for it are policy,economy,science and technology,culture and so on.There is no support for the policy of e-cigarette development in China,and there is no guarantee of industry standard.The economy is developing rapidly,and people's demands for health are getting higher and higher.There is no technological innovation in technology.At present,the domestic market is mixed,and most of the products are products without scientific and technological content.Culture,because the habit of smoking cigarettes is deeply rooted,the Chinese people's recognition of e-cigarettes is not high.Environment based on the above analysis of tycoon company current development present situation,existing problems,and its internal environment,and in the whole industry competition in the market position,to formulate the relevant solution objectives,strategic choice and eventually implementation measures,and the guarantee of plan implementation.Help small companies in the industry for market,products,customers,sales model,such as the unity of several positioning,so as to play to the company's own advantage,open markets,occupy the market,out of a road for the sustainable development of the electronic cigarette.The journey is difficult,but it contains huge business opportunities and unlimited prospects.It is the goal of every e-cigarette industry practitioner.
