With the development of China's economy,the number of tourists and tourism continues to increase.In 2017,the number of domestic tourists reached about 5000000000.With the development of the Internet,the traditional mode of tourism is gradually shrinking with the development of the Internet.The online tourism platform is springing up.The user's choice of products is also transformed from traditional heel tour into more individualized free travel,custom tour,theme tour and so on,in order to guarantee the development and guarantee of the enterprise.With the share of enterprises in the future market,the transformation and upgrading of traditional travel agencies is imminent.2015 "Internet plus" concept has become the national strategy,the Tourism Bureau also proposed the implementation of the "Travel + Internet" action plan.At present,based on the"Internet plus" of the traditional enterprise transformation at different levels in the exploration process,less successful cases.This paper takes KH company as an example,research by combining "Internet plus" and the traditional tourism enterprises,using SWOT,PEST,Potter five,Boston matrix,marketing capabilities such as 4P model,the traditional tourism enterprise internal environment and external environment,management of Internet,Internet marketing,Internet products The transformation plan is put forward,and the management guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the transformation.This paper puts forward the path of transformation of traditional tourism enterprises,will present the hottest "Internet plus" model and the combination of the tourism industry,and brought into the actual case of KH company in depth;the method of combining the transformation of the Internet architecture and the traditional enterprise,according to the organization management,involving the transformation of the traditional mode of operation of the enterprise strategy The comprehensive structure of Internet service platform corresponding to decision making.With the help of the research on the transformation of the Internet to help traditional enterprises,by helping KH companies to solve some of the practical problems that may be encountered in the process of strategic transformation,KH company has a chance to overtake the car in a curve.At the same time,it also provides reference suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of other traditional tourism enterprises,and the integration and development of entities and the Internet.Through the research,the conclusion is that for the traditional tourism enterprises based on the transformation of "Internet plus" is feasible and has universality and practical operation for the enterprise,through the research discovery,management of the Internet,Internet marketing,Internet products for traditional tourism enterprises based on the transformation of Internet plus" It has played a key role.
