With the cross-regional development of the national economy,the process of urbanization and motorization has been accelerated gradually,and the amount of private car ownership has been growing on a large scale,which leads to the aggravation of urban road congestion and the deterioration of the urban environment.The problem of "urban disease" is becoming more and more prominent in large and medium-sized cities.Urban planning and construction are expanding blindly.Urban traffic problems aggravate urban burden,restrict the development of urbanization and cause dissatisfaction of urban residents.Urban poor travel leads to traffic congestion and management problems,which wastes a lot of resources and energy in cities,and is not conducive to the healthy and orderly development of cities.How to effectively solve the problems of urban traffic congestion,uneven distribution of traffic resources and a large amount of waste of resources has become an important problem that the city construction and managers need to face directly.Against this background,the state started the "bus city" project during the "12th Five-Year" period.In 2014,Changchun was selected as the second batch of cities to build the demonstration project of "bus city".Therefore,the municipal government of Changchun municipal municipal municipal municipal government has fully started the work of public transportation and urban construction.The city has grasped the rare opportunity to create the state "bus and the city" demonstration city,persisted in the priority development strategy of public transport,carried out public transportation to guide the concept of urban development,accelerated the construction of a modern city comprehensive transportation system,and carried out the deepening of the bus body.Some progress has been made in the reform of the system,the optimization and adjustment of the bus network,but the construction of public transport infrastructure is still a short board created by the bus city in our city,and the gap of the area of the bus station is large.The planning,construction and management of urban public transport infrastructure is an important part of urban management,and it is also the basic guarantee for the benign development of urban public transport.Taking the construction work of Changchun bus station as an example,this paper expounds the meaning,function,function and positioning of the city bus station in detail,and summarizes the disadvantages and short boards in the location of the bus station site and the construction and implementation of the bus station in Changchun.According to local conditions,from the perspective of government managers,this paper puts forward the mode and train of thought for Changchun bus station construction.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the construction and development of Changchun's public transport infrastructure.
