Study To Big Station Management Pattern Under Advanced Public Transportation Systems Of China

At present, establishing Advanced Public Transportation System (APTS) is one of fundamental modes in developing the city mass transit, alleviating traffic congestion, reducing energy consumption, enhancing the level of mass transit movement. For displaying APTS potency and realizing APTS intellectualization movement, this article, in the analysis of APTS framefoundation, according to the intellectualization operation demand, the technical demand, the economical demand and the management demand of the public transportation enterprise, proposed we use the big station management pattern to realize APTS movement. The article elaborated the dispatch system, the organizational structure and the management principle of Big Station Management Pattern separately, described the operation process of big station management. In elaborating the enterprise main body characteristic and the management structure foundation, this article proposed the big station management structural pattern which based on the multi-enterprises main body, and elaborated the establishment way of this pattern. This article briefed the feasibility of the big station management pattern which based on multi-enterprises main body, and proved the big station management pattern be able to adapt the movement of APTS, and satisfy the overall demand of the public transportation enterprise intellectualization operation.In order to weigh the intellectualized degree and the whole movement effect of the public transportation system, this artical proposed the APTS synthesis coordination ability appraisal model. In the article, the author elaborated the goal, the content and the necessity of APTS synthesis coordination ability appraisal, established appraisal target system according to the target selection principle. The author had appraised the APTS synthesis coordination ability by AHP and the fuzzy synthesis appraisal method, and had taken three intellectualization operation lines of the Guang zhou cable car company as the example appraise its intelligent system synthesis coordinated ability.
