In the current society,the ability level of enterprise human resources gradually plays an increasingly important role for enterprises,even can determine the future development of the company.Human resources management also gradually rises from simple personnel management to strategic level,human resources began to be an important part of supporting strategic development,whether the goal of human resources can be achieved largely determines whether the company's strategic goals can be achieved.Although current enterprises have realized the importance of human resources,but they still lack practical experience in practical operations.At present,most Chinese companies have only completed the inventory of their talents,and follow-up plans to implement separate recruitment plans,training programs,etc.,but they can not truly integrate human resources and strategy,so that the support role of human resources will be greatly reduced.In the course of the study,this article first elaborated the contents,methods,and processes of human resource planning,and focused on the current research status at home and abroad.In the third chapter,the company ' s personnel status and organizational structure are described.Through the analysis of the current human resources policy,human resources problems are identified,including strategy,performance,training,remuneration,etc.The fourth chapter analyzes the supply and demand of C company through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,and studies the countermeasures of supply and demand balance.Finally,the fifth chapter is the core of this paper.According to the research conclusions,the implementation plan of the company's human resources planning is optimized,From the overall planning principles,step-by-step implementation principles,and timely adjustment principles including reasonable improvement plans for recruitment planning,training planning,core talent echelon construction,and how to motivate personnel.The research results of this paper have played a key role in the improvement of human resources for Company C,and provided support for the follow-up of Company C in achieving human resources planning goals and strategic goals.At the same time,the research results of this article also serve as a reference for companies in the same situation as the C company.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the development of human resources in the industry.
