Entering the new century, China began construction of urbanization in fullswing, so far China has the largest building on time team, also had the largest capitalconstruction history of the world. Employees in the construction industry has40million, accounting for more than30%of the total number of employees of China’sindustrial enterprises.2012, China’s cumulative Ended construction and installationof fixed assets investment reached23.6trillion yuan, an increase of22.1%,construction annual output value of more than13trillion yuan, an increase of16.2%over the previous year. The added value of the national construction industry in2013also nearly4trillion, compared with2012growth of9.5percent.However, a problem repeated in our construction projects, constructionaccidents that can not be taken seriously, security management has not been givendue attention in the engineering project construction. Corporate responsibility forsecurity can not be reflected in the dominant position, the huge scale of majorinvestment and construction workers, the consequences and impact of securityincidents in which the cause is very serious. Making major contributions to theconstruction industry in the national economy can not be well reflected, resulting ina significant loss in the construction industry, resulting in a large number of peopleand property damage, affecting the basic stability and social development.Therefore, we need further to give our attention to construction safetymanagement, give full play to the value of construction enterprises in humanresources. And this is where the key lies in the establishment of the system ofscientific personnel training mechanism construction companies through variousincentives, continuous training and reserve personnel, especially the lack of current security management personnel, greatly help to optimize the construction enterprisehuman resource allocation, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, so thatenterprises can develop rapidly. Articles based on the safety management ofconstruction enterprises in the status quo of human resources and talent managementstatus quo of China’s construction enterprise security management aspects of theinvestigation and analysis, identify current construction enterprise securitymanagement problems in terms of personnel training, to create a good environmentfrom corporate personnel training establish scientific enterprise personnel trainingmechanism, establish and improve mechanisms supporting talent development andother aspects of Jilin construction enterprises to establish a training mechanismsafety countermeasures.
