With the depth of China's reform and opening up and the rapid development of the economy,the competition of the global enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.New demands and new challenges have been put forward to the human resources management in the company.How to succeed in attracting,motivating and retaining outstanding talents and how to compete in the fierce market is the only way to master the latest human resource knowledge and to make full development and scientific human resources management within the organization by using efficient technology,methods and tools.Job evaluation is one of the most important tools to achieve the goal of human resource management in the company.China has a huge demand for automobile consumption and the advantages of resource cost are relatively obvious.Many large group of auto parts suppliers are speeding up the establishment of joint venture or sole proprietorship in China,leading the leading R&D,technology and management into China.At the same time,the world's auto plants also enter the Chinese market.The transfer and concentration of global vehicle capacity to China has greatly promoted the development of China's auto parts industry and provided a good opportunity for the development of domestic enterprises.Meanwhile,the competition in the auto parts industry is also very grim.BS company is located in one of the six major auto industry clusters in China,which is represented by Changchun's "northeast industrial cluster".As the direct creators of the enterprise value,the first line production staff are young,and the post-90 s have gradually become the main force of the production staff of the enterprises.They have higher life and work requirements and have a stronger self-consciousness.Not only focus on material needs,but also concern about self career development.Therefore,in order to ensure the strong competitiveness of the salary,we should also design a fair and reasonable post grade system,and provide a platform and channel for the professional development of the front-line production staff.The employees have the will,reason and confidence in the continuous work and development of the company,so that more employees work and develop in the company,create more value for the company,improve the efficiency,the quality can be better guaranteed,the enterprisecan maintain a strong competitiveness and can continue to develop.This paper takes the BS shop floor associates as the research object.Aiming at the existing position evaluation and hierarchy system of BS company,according to the current situation and problems of the company,the paper adopts the classification method to design the post evaluation of the company,and then applies the results of the post evaluation design to the determination of the staff position hierarchy,the career development and promotion of the employees.The four aspects of salary adjustment and staff capacity management provide a good foundation for BS company's human resource management,and have a good practical significance.
