Study On Economic Evaluation Of Low Grade Reservoirs Development Of Henan Oilfield

China’s sustained, rapid economic development exacerbates the rigid demand for oil.External dependence for oil is rising year by year and will be the long-term trend. In order to ensure national oil safety,it is very urgent and necessary to increase domestic oil production, speed up and increase the use of low grade reservoirs. In recent years, high oil prices and development technology breakthroughs made low grade reservoirs get positive evaluations and use.For the sake of systematic, scientifical and applicable decision-making method of economic evaluation system for instruction, the research of evaluation system is of great practical significance. This article studied on low grade reservoirs of Henan oilfield, on the base of General reservoir development economic evaluation theory and results, introduced related concept and method of reservoir operating, and value management (EVA), and risk evaluation, and construct“low grade reservoir development economic evaluationmethod system”.The article turn on Henan oilfield of low grade reservoir for overall economic evaluation, and give advices to promote low grade reservoir development in the aspect of policy, and management, and technology.This article trim the definition of low grade reservoirs, integrate the current low grade reservoirs using scale and technology developments, and determine the extension of the current low grade reservoirs.This article Has finished the present economic evaluation way of reservoirs development, and perfected the index evaluation system, strengthened examination of economic added value and risk evaluation, in this way, has applied the reasonable reference value of evaluation according to the feature and rule of low grade reservoirs development.It Has trimed the all kinds of factors meaning of economic evaluation in low grade reservoirs development, and having definited the design procedure according to the development fact in our country.It Has implemented the rules of economic evaluation in the overall process, and have established the economic evaluation way in strategic decision of development, production running and reservoirs discard on the thought of operation and management of reservoirs.It Has done the production evaluation and economic evaluation and having found the direction of capacity to the low permeability reservoirs and ultra-thin heavy reservoirs in HeNan oil field.It Has proposed the proposals and measures from the policy, technology and management in order to efficient development of low grade reservoirs in HeNan oil field.
