In recent years,with the acceleration of the development of global economic integration,there is a huge market potential for testing and certification in our country,attracting the attention of many domestic and foreign capitals and marching into the field of product certification.At present,China's certification market,foreign institutions are used in a wide range of development strategies,with the product certification market in the increasingly fierce competitive situation,the market testing and certification services to fine and modern sales model has become a necessity trend.Personnel marketing,as a basic marketing tool,still plays a fundamental role in third-party testing enterprises.Optimization and reform of personnel marketing is crucial for the overall sales of third-party testing enterprises.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the status quo of personnel testing and certification of third-party testing and certification bodies,and conducts theoretical analysis based on the survey results to explore the common problems in testing the existence of certification industry and the causes of these problems.And based on this,according to the marketing strategy theory and service marketing concept,the third-party certification company should optimize the personnel marketing and service product docking,the location and time strategy of staff marketing,the pricing strategy of staff marketing,the optimization of staff marketing process,and the improvement Personnel marketing environment,improve staff marketing efficiency,and strengthen the professional quality of marketing staff and many other targeted marketing strategies and optimization suggestions.This paper analyzes the typical cases of X Company and the status quo of personnel marketing in the typical third-party testing industry,and provides strategic guidance for the future development.With a view to provide some reference for the third-party testing and certification bodies in China and the development of the industry.
