With the rapid growth of network technology and the rapid development ofe-commerce, online shopping has become an explosive new consumption patterns.Quietly changing online shopping environment, testing will incorporate third-partytesting organization as an important aspect. Third-party testing agency will usher innew opportunities. Opportunities will also face a challenge in the face of networkproducts market, third-party testing agency will usher in incalculable prospects fordevelopment, will inevitably be to provide safety and security products for onlineshopping electricity supplier of the most reliable service providers.In this paper, Zhejiang Fangyuan electricity provider’s network to detectthird-party testing services for the study, using the basic model and analyticalmethods of marketing theory, designed for research and development of marketingstrategy for third-party company’s e-commerce business.
