ZJ project cost consulting company faced intense competition and challenges from changing external environment.Feasible development strategy must be formulated in order to gain the competitive advantage.Managers have paid great attention to planning and development strategic.However,the strategic was not unsystematic and development direction was ambiguity.Development present situation and existing problems were analyzed according to the related theories of enterprise strategy development.Favorable conditions and restrictive factors were comprehensive analyzed by relevant theoretical models and analytical tools.The development strategy and realization approach are selected and developed for ZJ project cost consulting company with the help of successful experience.In this paper,ZJ project cost consulting company should choose the development strategy of "integration",the competitive strategy should choose differentiation,ZJ project cost consulting company aims to enhance the core competitiveness in the value chain,to extend the value chain both forward and backward,the company can broaden the scope of business and better be adapted to changes in industry trends and market economy environment.As the company accomplishes scientific,healthy and sustainable development,a bigger and stronger development pattern can be achieved.The conclusions of this paper can provide practical guidance for ZJ engineering cost consulting company,which are also of great value for the development of domestic engineering cost consulting industry.
