The Study On Rural Tourism Precise Poverty In Pianguan County

Since the 18th National People's Congress,in the age of National poverty alleviation policies context,pro-poor development of rural tourism is one of the main ways to alleviate poverty and it is also the best option to solve poverty at the present time.Poverty alleviation in rural tourism and precision poverty alleviation are interconnection and interdependent.Promoting poverty alleviation in rural tourism is an efficient way to achieve the precision poverty alleviation and the achievement of precision poverty alleviation is based on various pro-poor means which include poverty alleviation in rural tourism.In the current stage in China,combining rural tourism poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation is the best choice to eradicate poverty.This paper is composed of six parts.The first part introduces the background and actuality of the topic and the purpose of selecting the topic.The second part puts forward a series of concepts and basic theories of rural tourism poverty alleviation that aim to help the poor shake off poverty.Part three analyses the background,current situation,the potential and benefits and prediction of Pianguan County's rural tourism precision poverty alleviation.The fourth part focuses on the problems of the project under development of rural tourism precision poverty alleviation exist in Pianguan County.The fifth part gives reasons and solutions according to the previous problems.The last part is the conclusion.
