Studt On Spatial Agglomeration And Driving Factors Of Regional Innovation Based On Green Economy

"Green" and "innovation" are the two important concepts of China's long-term economic development.Green economy and innovation drive are the intrinsic requirements and basic direction in the process of accelerating the process of economic restructuring,and promoting sustained economic growth.The study explores the spatial and temporal characteristics of Regional innovation combined with green economy.It is of great practical significance to promote the green development of regional economy,to improve the regional green innovation ability and to change the regional innovation growth mode.And it i also in line with the development requirements and long-term interests proposed by the national "thirteen five" plan.On the basis of collating and summarizing the relevant theories of green economy and regional innovation,taking the Pan-Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Rim as an example,this paper first establishes the regional innovation evaluation system based on green economy,compares and analyzes the innovation output level and growth of the two major urban agglomerations.Then use the spatial statistical method to explore the regional differences in the overall differences,spatial and temporal differentiation and clustering characteristics.And then build a spatial panel model to analyze the driving factors of the formation of innovation.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the green economic perspective,the regional innovation of the two major urban agglomerations showed a rising trend,while the Pan-Yangtze River Delta has a high level of output,and the gap between the two places is expanding.2.There are large geographical differences in the two urban agglomerations,showing a trend toward more concentrated space in some cities;The regional innovation of the two major urban agglomerations has obvious spatial and temporal differentiation and evolution,at the same time,the high and low value space gathers with different characteristics are obtained,and their agglomeration situation is strengthened in different degree.3.The empirical analysis shows that regional innovation under the green economy is positively driven by many factors in different level.The order of the driving factors in Pan-Yangtze River Delta:Educational investment,Research and development manpower,Economic strength,Research and development funds,Investment in environmental protection;And the order in Bohai Sea:Research and development funding,Investment in education,Industrial clusters,Technology spillover,Space location.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce regional innovation and enhance regional innovation ability,including:building new innovation center,strengthening financial support,optimizing innovation input structure and improving innovation external conditions.
