With the increasingly serious resources shortage and environmental pollution issues,green innovation has become an important symbol of a region's sustainable competitive advantage."Slove development problems must be firmly established the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,open,shareing ",which makes clear the importance of innovation-driven,green development and coordinated development in China's economic and social development.Moreover,the coordination development of green innovation as a combination of innovation-driven,green development and coordinated development of the three major national development concept,will play a more important role than ever before under the new normal of China's economic development slowdown and resource environment constraints.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance for the study of regional green innovation system and its coordinated development.This paper takes the regional green innovation system as the research object.Then research characteristics and hotspot for green innovation research is systematically summarized by using bibliometric analysis,and the results show that it is lacking indepth research results for regional green innovation system,a set of effective measurement method system for regional green innovation system coordinated development level,exploration evolution of regional green innovation system coordinated development and researching on driving factors of regional green innovation system coordinated development with considering space effect.Therefore this paper focuses on coordinated development of regional green innovation system,and mainly studies measurement model of the coordinated development level,time and space evolution of the coordinated development level,and driving factors for coordinated development of regional green innovation system.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)Constructing the three-stage measurement model of coordinate the level of development for regional green innovation system.From the value chain theory,the regional green innovation system is divided into science and technology research and development subsystem and the results of the transformation subsystem,and constructs the evaluation index system of regional green innovation system coordinated development level.Based on the coordinated development of the system evaluation,the three-stage measurement model of coordinate the level of development for regional green innovation system is constructed,which includes an input-output index transformation based on Gini coefficient,evaluation Model of Subsystem Development Level Based on Theil-TOPSIS,coordinated Development Level Measurement Model Based on Distance Model.Then the level of green innovation coordination in each region in the period from 2005 to 2014 is analyzed by using the evaluation model,and result shows that The system development degree,coordination degree and coordinated development degree in the eastern region are higher than those in the central and western regions,and the central region is basically the same as the national average level.Guangdong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang in the inspection period ranked the top three,Ningxia and Qinghai ranked the last.(2)Researching the evolution of spatial and temporal differences of coordinated development for regional green innovation systems based on coefficient of variation,exploratory spatial data analysis and Markov chain.The development of regional green innovation system is analyzed through the coefficient of variation and the position Gini coefficient.The spatial distribution of the coordinated development level of regional green innovation in China is researched through the exploratory spatial data analysis.The spatial and temporal evolution of the regional green innovation system is studied by the Markov chain and the traditional Markov chain.The results show that there is a significant spatial agglomeration in the coordinated development level of regional green innovation system in China,and the development of differences on the overall trend continues to expand slowly,convergence strengthen trend appears in high level and low level club.There is a certain convergence characteristics in coordinated development of regional green innovation,internal liquidity of coordinated development is low,especially for high-level and low-level clubs.(3)Building a spatial econometric model of driving factors about the coordinated development of regional green innovation system.This paper studies the driving factors of the coordinated development level of regional green innovation system from the three dimensions of technology push,market pulling and environmental regulation.Furthermore,the technology push factors are measured by foreign technology import,domestic technology import and the government's support on technology innovation.The marker pull factors are measured by market demand and market open level.The regulations push factors are measured by command-order regulations,market based regulations and voluntary regulations.The results from time fixed effect,spatial fixation effect and time-space fixed effect show that technology promotion,market pulling and environmental regulation can significantly promote the development of regional green innovation system with different driving degree in different regions.And it should be considered that complex influence for coordinated development and different effects for different areas from structural factors,when the government formulates the policy for enhancing the level of regional green innovation system coordinated development.
