Research On Three-echelon Supply Chain Contract Coordination Under Yield And Demand Uncertainty

The supply chain is consist of a lot of independent economic entities,Since every enterprise is rational and selfish,so the supply chain member enterprises in making decisions are to pursue the maximization of their own interests as the goal without considering the other enterprises on the supply chain and the supply chain's overall interests,which led to the dispersion state of supply chain of interests cannot achieve the optimal,the imbalance in the supply chain.It is necessary to establish an effective coordination mechanism,not only makes the improvement of the supply chain members' interests,but also can improve the overall performance of the supply chain.Supply chain contract as effective means to coordinate the supply chain,through the rational design of restraint and incentive mechanism to enable it successfully completed,so as to make the supply chain on the interests of the member enterprises are improved,finally realizes the profit of the whole supply chain optimization.In recent years,the internal and external environment of supply chain is constantly changing,so the research on the coordination of supply chain contract under uncertainty become very significance.As this thesis studying three-echelon supply chain contract coordination problem under yield and demand uncertainty,the major job of this thesis was as follows.(1)This thesis analyzed the importance and necessity of supply chain coordination,and the necessity of supply chain coordination under uncertainty,the writer chose yield uncertainty and demand uncertainty by reading many relative literatures.(2)This thesis summarized some relative literatures of supply chain coordination under demand uncertainty?supply chain coordination under yield uncertainty and supply chain coordination under yield and demand uncertainty,And this thesis also analyzed the contribution and shortness of these relative literatures.(3)This thesis constructs the coordination model of the three-echelon supply chain buyback contract under the yield and demand uncertainty.Firstly,the optimal decision of the centralized supply chain is solved,then the optimal decision of the three echelon supply chain with decentralized coordination is then obtained.Finally,build three-echelon supply chain buyback contract coordination model and the model is solved.That can achieve the buyback price,and find the wholesale price under the buyback contract,finally through a calculation cases analysis to verify the feasibility of the contract.(4)This thesis constructs the coordination model of the three-echelon supply chain revenue sharing contract under the yield and demand uncertainty.For the centralized supply chain as the performance benchmark,In order to make the three-echelon decentralized supply chain coordination,designed a revenue sharing contract between the manufacturer and the retailer to achieve the three-echelon decentralized supply chain coordination,and then solved the model,and obtained the Revenue sharing factor,and find the wholesale price under the revenue sharing contract a numerical example proved the feasibility of the contract.Finally the last chapter summarized this paper's conclusion and analyzed what could be done for further study in the future.
