Research On Competition Model Construction And Coordination Mechanism Of Vaccine Supply Chain Under Yield Uncertainty

Yield uncertainy and demand uncertainy are the main challenges facing the current supply chain of vaccines.This paper studies the cooperation model among vaccine manufacturers,disease control agencies,vaccination units,and distribution companies.Aiming at the difficult decision-making of supply chain members in the uncertain environment,this paper builds a two-level supply chain,which consisting of a vaccine manufacturer and a retailer,to solve the optimal decisions of supply chain members under yield uncertainty and demand uncertainty,and then analyzes the influence of different uncertainty parameter and degree of dispersion on the expected profit.At the same time,this paper introduces the option contract to achieve cooperation between members and improve the performance of the supply chain.The results show that the introduction of the option contract enables the members of the supply chain to obtain more expected profits,achieving Pareto improvement.Based on the application of these insights,this paper proposes an innovative solution for the management of vaccine supply chain,which is based on an information-sharing platform led by the government or a third party.A reasonable implementation mechanism to achieve information sharing between enterprises,disease control agencies and the public is determined.By integrating demand and production information and applying model and contract,the platform provides comprehensive services for vaccine health industry participants,including manufacturing companies,public,etc.,reducing uncertainty caused by opaque information,and creating social and economic benefit.
