The ever-growing desire for a better and better life has become the main goal of today's society's struggle.It is the primary concern of individuals,organizations,nations,and governments,and the responsibility for unremitting efforts.At the same time,with the development of information and economic globalization,the competition among organizations has become increasingly fierce.This not only raises higher requirements for employees' personal comprehensive capabilities,but also requires employees to devote more time and energy to work,in order to create the greatest value,seize the market opportunities and realize the development and take-off of the organization.As a result,under the dual pressure of ideal pursuits and realistic requirements,work interferes with family has become a dilemma that more and more people have to face,and resulting in a series of negative effects,such as individual emotional burnout,ineffective work,turnover intention and mental stress.In turn,these negative behavioral results of work interferes with family make more and more organizational managers have to think about the solution ways.Therefore,the following two topics have become the focus in academia and practice.The one is how work interferes with family affects the employee's mental state and job performance.The other one is how to help individuals balance work and family needs,and achieve a win-win situation for the two domains..Over the years,scholars have conducted numerous theoretical and empirical studies.In some studies,work interferes with family was considered as a conflict between roles,in other studies,work interferes with family was regarded as a source of stress,the commonality of these studies is that work interferes with family can effectively predict job performance,turnover intention and satisfaction.However,there are differences in the conclusions of the relationship between work interferes with family and turnover,performance and satisfaction.Besides,there are few researches on the mechanism of how work interferes with family affect employee s'work behavior.In view of the fact that there is a process mechanism between work interferes with family and the coping behavior,so investigating their psychological cognition process has important implications for intervening in employees' behavior.Based on the basic logic of "stress-attitude-behavior" and the theory of conservation of resources,we studied the job satisfaction and life satisfaction as mediating variables in this study.This has important practical and theoretical significance for investigating the psychological mechanism of work interferes with family and it's impacts on employees,behavior.In addition,in view of the fact that different individuals have different psychological feelings and behavioral performance even when they are faced with the same work interferes with family.Therefore,we refer to the differential exposure and coping theory to test the moderating effect of Big Five personality on work interferes with family and satisfaction,and further more,we test the role of Big Five personality as a mediator of regulation.In this study,633 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey.Through the analysis of the questionnaires,it was found that there was a significant negative correlation between work interferes with family and job performance,and there was a significant positive correlation with turnover intention;job satisfaction has a significant mediating role at work interferes with family,turnover intentions and job performance;life satisfaction only has a significant mediating role at work interferes with family and job satisfaction,has no significant mediating role at work interferes with family and turnover intention;extroversion,conscientiousness,and openness personality are all significant with work interferes with family,neuroticism was significantly positively correlated.Neuroticism had a significant moderating effect on work interferes with family and life satisfaction,while openness has a significant moderating effect on work interferes with family and life satisfaction,job satisfaction.
