In the past few decades,due to the continuous development and progress of our society,people's family structure,way of work,values have undergone great changes,such as the traditional phenomenon of "men outside,women inside" is gradually disappearing,and then being replaced by the emergence of more dual-career families.These changes bring great pressure to work and life,and how to balance the relationship between work and family is becoming the new challenges faced by the people.Especially from the 21st century,work-family balance is becoming the focus for society,business organizations,individual employees.Work-family balance is one of the important research topics in the field of modern human resource management research in foreign countries have a history of more than ten years,but our research in this area started relatively late,empirical studies are rare.In previous research on work-family balance,Researcher more focused on the concept,measurement tools,antecedents and results variables.Such as,antecedents include personality traits,character input and role overload;outcome variables including job performance,job satisfaction and life satisfaction.However,domestic scholars have not related research on the relationship between work-family balance and the integrity,and on the regulation of integrity between work-family balance and the related outcome variables,what need to be further discussed and analyzed.Therefore,this paper will aim to explore and study the mechanism among work-family balance,big five personality and life satisfaction.In this study,there are 300 employees of the organizations as an object,using existing mature scale to do questionnaire,and using SPSS 19.0 for data analysis,d iscussing the relations of work-family balance,big five personality and life satisfa ction.The results show:work-family balance has a significant and positive impact on life satisfaction;Big five personality,agreeableness,conscientiousness,opennes s have a significant and positive impact on work-family balance,neuroticism has a significant and negative impact on work-family balance;Big five personality,agr eeableness,extroversion,openness have a significant and positive impact on life satisfaction,neuroticism has a significant and negative impact on life satisfaction;Big five personality,agreeableness,extroversion,conscientiousness have a significant and positive regulation between work-family balance and life satisfaction,neurotici sm has a significant and negative regulation between work-family balance and life satisfaction.
