The concept of corporate social responsibility from the earliest western scholars,the research of social responsibility, the study of corporate social responsibility hasbecome the focus of enterprise ethics and management attention. In the socialpractice, the social responsibility of the enterprise and the enterprise’s own, otherstakeholders, the whole society and each person in society are closely linked, so theacademics and the community is not about all of corporate social responsibility havea strong interest in the study. Internal staff play a decisive role as an important partof enterprise in the development of enterprises, employees’ job performance willdirectly affect the overall performance of enterprise. Influence of part of corporatesocial responsibility on employees’ attitude and behavior of the conclusion has beenincluded in the existing literature, but most are about the impact on employeeattitude research, relevant research on employee behavior is not mature, and thefurther research on employees’ job performance influence on the content is muchmore rare.Based on the above background, this study based on the literature review ofcorporate social responsibility and employee job performance thoroughly and therelationship between the two, at the same time, by using the method of questionnaireto assume social responsibility, employee job performance and staff about corporatesocial responsibility on the attention of the perceived level of investigation on theenterprises of our country, using125the valid questionnaires, through empiricalstudy, using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis on thequestionnaire survey data is analyzed, in order to explore the relationship betweencorporate social responsibility and employee job performance and its dimensions,the main conclusions of the study are the following four points:The first,there is a relationship between the employees’ perceptions of corporatesocial responsibility and employees’ job performance (positive correlation);The second, the the three corporate social responsibility dimension (corporateresponsibility for employees, consumers, environment) impact on employee jobperformance, corporate social responsibility dimension only its two aspects of employee and environmental responsibility in the prediction of job performance iseffective;The third, the corporate social responsibility’s explanation ability on the twoaspects of the job performance of employees (task performance and contextualperformance)is different, and its explanation ability of contextual performance islarger than task performance;The fouth, the employees’ perceptions of corporate social attention in therelationship between corporate social responsibility and employee job performanceplays a regulatory role of significant.
