With the development of modern Internet technology,products such as big data,social platform,cloud computing,mobile payment and other products have been spawned.Its influence is no longer limited to e-commerce,and is beginning to enter and integrate into traditional financial industry.Financial innovation is the reform of the front field,and the Internet financial model product effect and so is the natural development of the financial industry represent the general trend today.This has led to the fact that commercial banks and other traditional financial sectors are struggling now: the market share of deposit and loan is partitioned and the profit space is cut down.These are the strong shocks brought by various emerging financial formats represented by Yu Bao.The ICBC's "e-ICB" Internet financial strategy came into being to accelerate its transformation to improve its adaptability to the new economic environment.However,the regional characteristics of the economic environment make the distinctive regional characteristics an important research direction for the development strategy.For the transformation of traditional financial power,this paper takes the industrial and Commercial Bank of A is studied,and based on the abundant literature,summarized the development of Internet banking,Internet banking,the definition of the development characteristics and theoretical basis are expounded.This paper describes the specific impact of Internet Finance on ICBC,and introduces the Internet financial innovation product of ICBC,then explores the existing problems of A Internet and analyzes the reasons.Through to explore the reasons and successful experience of collection of Internet financial industry,the deployment of a unique feature can scheme of Internet banking of icbc.This article A ICBC provides tailored customized measures.A's focus is to maintain brand image,expand entity channels,tap customer resources,improve network technology and improve the risk control system.But at the same time,A is also facing a series of challenges in the development of Internet banking,such as vague target customers,single marketing means,insufficient number of customers,poor comprehensive quality of employees,slow progress in the 020 mode and so on.Based on the full consideration of local policy and the A ICBC's own characteristics,this paper makes its own brand for the Internet banking business of the A industrybank.Based on the characteristics of regional economic development,this paper explores a set of landing plan with local characteristics,which is rarely seen in China.The specific strategies put forward in this paper can help A to better develop localized Internet financial business,and provide some reference value for other branches of ICBC.It also has a certain reference value for China's financial institutions in terms of Internet optimization and upgrading.
