Since the middle 1990s, commercial Banks’competition is becoming more and more fierce. Because the bank retail business has a broad market prospect, has a effective management in risk and at the same time improve the profitability of the Banks, so in global scope, commercial Banks concentrate on bank retail business. At present, the retail business of commercial bank has become one of the main businesses of commercial Banks. The retail business profit is up to 50%.Entering the Internet age, with the rapid development and widely used of Internet, the combination of Internet and financial is developed, and then becomes a new kind of finance—the Internet finance. The main form of Internet finance is Third-party payment, online financing platform and MMF asset management mode.The Internet finance with strong development advantage, development scale is growing, and formed strong impact for the retail business of commercial bank. Therefore, the study of at the internet age our country commercial bank retail business development strategy is of great theoretical significance and realistic significance.The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of the retail business of commercial bank and the development of the retail business of commercial bank under the background of the Internet financial economy. In this paper, a total of six chapters:chapter 1 is introduction; Chapter 2 is the summary of the retail business of commercial bank and the related financial services; Chapter 3 discusses our commercial bank’s present situation and the main problems; Chapter 4 mainly analyzes the environment of our country commercial bank retail business; Chapter 5 combed the era of the Internet financial retail business development experience of the foreign commercial bank, and expounds the development experience for our country commercial bank; Chapter 6 discusses the development strategy of the retail business of commercial bank in our country.
