| Since 2012,domestic online education has entered a golden period of development.More and more companies and projects are involved in the online education industry.However,according to relevant data,only 5% of the companies that achieve profitability are studied.The reason is mainly because the company does not have Build a profit model suitable for your own development.For this reason,online education companies and the problem to be solved is to quickly find a profit model suitable for the development of the company.This is also the main content of the article research.On the basis of combing the relevant domestic and foreign research literature,this paper firstly introduces the elements and characteristics of the profit model of online education in China,combined with Slewowski's theory of profit model.Slewowski's profit model theory consists of four elements: profit source,profit point,profit lever and profit barrier.This paper points out that in order to obtain stable income,enterprises need to design profit lever reasonably to increase the number of users.Secondly,the article analyzes the development of domestic online education,and combines with Leversky's profit model theory analyzes the development of domestic K12 online education,which can provide a reference for enterprises to build a profit model suitable for their own development.This paper introduces its composition and characteristics,and its profit model.Finally,the article combs the problems of domestic online education profit model.This paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the profit model of online education which is currently used by domestic K12 online education enterprises,introduces two other new profit models,and redesigns the enterprises involved in online education,such as online education.The profit model of course supplier,platform supplier and technology supplier. |
