Researches On The Supply Chain Management Under Elactronic Business Environment Of Textile Manufacturing Industry

China is one of the biggest textile machinery manufacturing countries. JinZhong, as the largest city in Asia’s entire textile machinery industry, it has great significance to develop and reform in the large textile machinery technology equipment. However, production efficiency, velocity, levels of information development of textile machinery enterprise obstructs enterprise development and technology progress. Therefore, textile machinery products need to have a good logistics supply chain to accelerate circulation, maintain the advanced technology. At present, our professional textile machinery logistics enterprise is not perfect, the market is not mature. The fracture of enterprises’upstream and downstream supply chain causes the waste of resources, at the same time, it affects the textile machinery enterprises’ information transmission ability. The textile machinery logistics development must have a perfect logistics system and supply chain management system in Competition and opportunity time.The emergence of network environment and the development of information technology make the electronic commerce logistics supply chain integration as a powerful tool. Through the electronic commercial platform, textile machinery logistics enterprise can effective integration of resources, release enterprise information, and accelerate the logistics, cash flow and information flow. This will provide the perfect virtual platform, and set up the enterprise’s survival and development of the bridge. To realize the strategic transformation of collaborative logistics system and the electronic commerce, we need electronic commerce environment, and build a textile machinery industry within collaborative logistics strategy environment. This paper seeks reasonable and efficient internal supply chain and logistics in textile machinery manufacturing enterprise to realize cooperation implementation strategy.Supply chain is the foundation of enterprise development. Through collaborative planning, organization, coordination and control the logistics operation, products flow, information flow and cash flow, we study the supply chain integration present situation, the integration process and method of the textile machinery manufacturing industry in the electronic commerce environment of.On the electronic commerce environment, this article analyses the management of the supply chain of social resources integration, to make logistics resource allocation rationalization, not only improve social resource utilization rate, reduce the operation cost and transportation enterprise product cycles, and improve enterprise competitiveness. After introducing the electronic commerce environment study and ERP, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of the textile industry. Using factor analysis method, the paper concludes the supply chain management is not perfect, and imperfect management of the supply chain textile machinery logistics industry is the development bottleneck constraint, and draws the conclusion that the electronic commerce environment logistics supply chain integration can promote the development of the textile machinery manufacturing industry.
