The beverage is an indispensable process of human development in the history of food.People added basic reason in the initial energy food,constantly developed to meet the health needs of the people,the taste of new products.Early beverage products are monopolized by European and American companies.With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the people's consumption level,the fruit juice category in the consumer market has been greatly enriched.But in recent years,people's pursuit of healthy diet and healthy life has led to the contradiction between the beverage industry today,which is reflected in the contradiction between the varied tastes of drinks,between the lack of brand and the lack of customer cognition.Rui Fude food science and technology limited company is Jilin province has a certain reputation,and independent production base of health drinks manufacturers,belonging to the Group of Sengong.Its blueberry beverage and Bluetooth brand have taken on the important task of providing well known and reassuring health drinks for contemporary residents.Its high quality water,convenient transportation and its own origin also provide a guarantee for the production of blueberry drinks.Rui Fude tries to do research and development of ginseng and other categories too,to meet the needs of a healthy diet,complete development and transformation of enterprises,build Jilin province well-known beverage manufacturers.This paper analyzes the problems of the development of enterprises in detail through a variety of strategic analysis methods,such as external environment analysis,internal environment analysis,SWOT analysis and so on.The political factors,economic factors,social factors and technical factors are analyzed from the external environment.The internal environment analyzes tangible assets and intangibleassets.Tangible assets includes main construction and production equipment.Intangible assets includes geographical location,brand advantages and subsidiary advantages.And the internal strengths and internal weaknesses,external opportunities and threats were analyzed by SWOT.Taking current problems of food science and Technology Co Ltd Rui Fude in consideration,this paper puts forward the development strategy in line with their own positioning.Through the subdivision market,make full use of the internal advantages of the enterprise for the target customers and grasping the external opportunities of the enterprise,facing the enterprise's own problems,evading the system risk and establishing its own marketing strategy.The method is to set up our own marketing strategy,at the same time ploughing the main business,giving full play to the strategy of business development strategy,differentiation strategy,human resource strategy and other development strategies.It is a concrete plan to put forward the cooperation of online and offline,the product line expansion,the optimization of the product form and the increase of the service mode.Optimizing financing mode,introducing technology and perfecting modern corporate governance structure are security measures.Finally,the new pattern of product category is perfected,the taste of the product is continuously upgraded,and the reputation of the company's brand is constantly improved.
