After 2017,the global economy is still in a state of deep adjustment.Overall,the economic recovery is relatively slow.China's domestic economic development has entered the “three phases of superposition” phase.China's economy has gradually shifted from high-speed growth to low-speed growth,and the “new normal” has entered a new era.The development of more than two decades has made China's rural commercial banks achieve remarkable results,but at the same time there are also many problems.The overall macroeconomic trends,credit risk exposure,and non-performing loan rates have risen,and various problems have emerged.Especially under the strong impact of Internet finance,under the huge influence of the interest rate market,the profitability of rural commercial banks is getting lower and lower.Therefore,whether the bank's positioning is clear,whether the objectives are reasonable,whether the principles are unified,and whether the development strategy is adequate will have a huge impact on the development of rural commercial banks.This article through the understanding of the basic level of development of China's rural commercial banks,the basic status of the SY rural commercial banks,the external environment for research and control,analysis of the bank's internal environment.After that we point out its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Through the analysis of the SWOT model,it is believed that the bank is currently in a transitional period of development and should adopt a torsional strategy,stabilizing and developing first,reaching the leading indicators in five years,and realizing cross-regional development within five years..Combining this strategy,this paper proposes four implementation paths for financial service differentiation,marketing channel differentiation,employee team differentiation,and bank image differentiation,and puts emphasis on stable operations,strengthening team strength,improving management mechanisms,and fulfilling social responsibilities.IV Project implementation guarantee.
