Since the reform and opening-up,China's economy has developed rapidly.As an important part of the economic system,banks have also made good achievements.After the global financial crisis,the speed of world economic development has gradually slowed down.China's economic growth rate has slowed down,but it has always maintained a steady growth trend.With China's economy entering the new normal,the industrial structure has been optimized and upgraded,the economic growth momentum has changed,and the reform of the financial system has been further deepened.The mark-oriented trend of commercial banks is even more obvious.The city commercial banks were set up by the Chinese government in order to resolve the problems of the credit cooperatives' management confusion and the excessive amount of non-performing assets,etc.At the beginning of its establishment,it was burdened with a heavy burden of assets.With the further deepening of the reform of the financial sector,the growth rate of assets has slowed down,the level of business and profitability has declined,and more and more problems have emerged,such as the high rate of non-performing assets,and so on.It restricts the operation and development of the city commercial bank.If the city commercial bank wants to develop,it must change the extensive management mode which used to rely on the traditional scale expansion.Under the new situation,how the city commercial bank adjusts its management strategy according to its own actual situation,and how to walk out its own characteristic road,has an important influence on the capital appreciation and economic benefit improvement of the city commercial bank.Bank of Jilin is the first city commercial bank in Jilin province,relying on the favorable conditions of regional development,branches gradually increased,the Bank continues to expand the scale of the brand awareness and social influence continue to improve,it has made great contributions to Jilin province's economic and social development.But with the change of economic situation and competition increasingly fierce between banks the Bank of Jilin,restricting the management problemsgradually emerged,how to solve these problems have great influence on the Bank of Jilin after the stable operation and sustainable development.Taking Bank of Jilin as the research object,this paper introduces the general situation and management status of Bank of Jilin,uses the available data analysis to point out its existing in operation of the regional restrictions appeared,assets on a smaller scale,lack of financial innovation,low level of science and technology management integration,and analyzes the causes of these problems.At the same time,through the analysis of the internal and external environment of Bank of Jilin,including the macroeconomic environment,regulatory environment,science and technology;The present situation of the city commercial banks in China and the provincial industrial environment,the analysis of the internal resources and environment of Jilin Bank,and the use of SWOT model to analyze the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the operation of Bank of Jilin,Under the guidance of the development strategy of Bank of Jilin,the specific business objectives of the bank are defined,that is,increasing deposit and stable deposit,strengthening risk control,adjusting business layout,and strengthening business innovation.The paper also analyzes the choice of the management strategy of Bank of Jilin,and puts forward the future management strategy of the company,that is,according to the market orientation of "serving the place,serving the people's livelihood",creating the characteristic products of small and micro finance,at the same time,subdividing the customer market.Maintain the existing customers at the same time to excavate the new customer value,promote the operation of the subdivision,give play to the dual role of the branch and the division in promoting the business.In order to make the business strategy of Jilin of Bank be implemented effectively,from the risk management,from the aspects of corporate governance structure,business and product innovation,human resource management,corporate culture and so on,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the smooth realization of management strategy.
